Here at Herbal Mind, we pride ourselves in how fast most of our customers receive their orders which is usually about 2 to 3 business day! However, we do not have control over how the Post Office operates and once your package leaves our hands it becomes virtually out of our control.
There are however things you can do to help us ensure the quickest delivery possible! First and foremost, always make sure you have provided the correct shipping address. If you have recently moved, make sure you have filed a change of address form. Another important step you can take in ensuring the fastest delivery time is submitting your order and payment before our cutoff time. That’s 11 AM Mountain Standard Time or 1 PM Central Time and 2 PM Eastern Time and 10 AM Pacific Time. If you order past our cutoff time your order could still go out that same day but could very likely ship the following business day.
Another way you can ensure fast delivery is by always selecting Priority Mail instead of First-Class, although we can’t always count on the Post Office’s predicted delivery dates, Priority Mail tends to usually get delivered a day sooner than First-Class.
Another very important tip to a quick delivery is to always order in advance during holiday weeks. Delays occur most often around any and all Postal holidays. Below see below and please prepare.

If you followed all of our suggestions, expecting a quick delivery and are still experiencing a delay, we apologize. But, unfortunately, delays are bound to happen. They may only happen to you only once that year, maybe several times, and maybe never. But our best advice here is to always prepare for the worst case scenario and never order your favorite tea, 2 or 3 days before running out. Having a backup supply will save you a lot of frustration and may save you from some very expensive trips to your local smoke shop.
If you have questions regarding a delayed package, feel free to contact us but if the postage and address were both correct (which we can verify for you) then your delay is most likely the result of severe weather, logistical errors, or an unscannable label (best case scenario – may still be delivered on time). Most delays we see are a result of a logistics and/or human error, meaning the post office loaded your package on the wrong plane or were forced to send it on a long and/or irregular route. Your package will get to you, it just may take a little more time than normal.
